What is Life Coaching?
 
Life Coaching is simply that - A Coach for your Life. All humans are creative, resourceful and whole - you know what is best for you in your life - you may need some help in discovering this with your Coach. Tracey will help you to find out where you are at currently, and where you want to go. She will do this by clarifying what fulfills you, what perspectives you hold and help you to create and achieve goals.
 
What is Life Coaching not?
 
Life Coaching is not therapy. If you require care from a doctor or therapist, you should seek them out. A Life Coach helps you to learn what it is that is holding you back from having your deepest desires fulfilled...and then helps you to get there!
 
Who is a typical Coaching client?

Why is Coaching done over the telephone?
 
Coaching is done over the telephone for a number of reasons:
 

• convenience - clients live all over the world and are not able to meet in person
• time - meeting in person takes extra travelling time
• anonymity - some clients are more likely to share when they are not able to see the Coach
• focus - without the distractions of body language, Coach and client are better able to focus on the topic
• comfort - clients can call in from a place where they feel comfortable and free from interruptions

 
I've never hired a Coach before; how will Tracey know what I'm about?
 
During the 2 - 1hour Discovery Session, Tracey will discuss the Client Profile/Initial Questions, Multiple Intelligences Assessment and Wheel of Life Exercise with you. These documents and conversations will help Tracey to know you better.
 
What are Tracey's qualifications?
 
In addition to experiences and qualifications in sales, project management, human resources, political campaigning and teaching,Tracey is a trained Coach with the Coaches Training Institute (www.thecoaches.com). The Coaches Training Institute is the leading Coaches training program in the Industry. Tracey is currently completing her program to become a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) which is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (www.coachfederation.org). Tracey is a member of the International Coach Federation.
 
Can I try out Coaching with Tracey before I commit?
 
Tracey would be happy to offer you a 30mins Sample Session so that you may experience the support you will receive when you hire her to be your coach. Please visit the Contact tab to send Tracey an e-mail requesting your Sample Session.
 
Can I use these Coaching Sessions as Professional Development credit for work?
 
You will need to check with the Professional Development policy of your workplace. If your orgnization requires that your Coach be credentialed, Tracey would be happy to provide a letter and proof of qualifications.
