Tracey Kowalchuk is a professional life coach, an inspirational teacher and speaker who uses her talents to lead, support and encourage clients in living their most authentic professional and personal lives.

Throughout her career, Tracey has worked in the telecommunication sales and service industry, the education field and various high-intensity project management posts. She has worked with diverse groups in accomplishing goals. What she found missing in her experiences in working with people was a lack of passion. “I heard many stories from all levels of employment and management about collecting a paycheque to pay the mortgage, sticking it out until retirement, hanging in there for the kids. There was a common thread of disconnect. People are not living their best lives.”

In living her own authentic life, Tracey created See Your Future – Coaching & Mentorship. She is a trained Coach with the Coaches Training Institute. The Coaches Training Institute is the largest in-person coach training school in the world and the only program to teach CTI's groundbreaking Co-Active® Coaching model of coaching. CTI is also the very first organization accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Tracey is currently completing her program to become a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) at CTI which is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (www.coachfederation.org).

In addition to her Coaching education & experience, Tracey is a member of The Coaches Training Institute Coactive Community, Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan, Toastmasters International and the Saskatchewan Teachers Federation.
